What is considered a maintenance emergency?
1.Sewer back up
3.Water leaks that damage the structure
4.Door locks that are not secure--We do NOT provide a lockout service.
5.Clogged toilet--Only if you have one toilet in your home.
6.NO HEAT--Temperature needs to be 50* or below
7.no HVAC--Temperature needs to be 80* or above
8.No hot water; heater not functioning
9.Refrigerator not cooling.
HVAC unit(s) will not be worked on during inclement weather or after dark.
